Using TAPPING to support Weight-Loss

Hello!

As an EFT forum moderator and -user I am lucky to benefit from the expertise of others – and share helpful info, hints and tips with you. This week’s tapping was taken from/ inspired by Diana, an EFT expert from New Zealand. People who have used this simple approach reported great success.

I recommend you use this tapping every morning. It will help you stay on track with whatever weight loss approach you have chosen. I have also added a tapping against sugar cravings – to make it more ‘complete’.
