TWO of Sunny’s Powerful Modalities – PSTEC and TAPPING
What is (was…) PSTEC?
(PSTEC, LLC, has been acquired by Orpheus Mind Technologies (a UK based company) and PSTEC has been taken off the “market” and is, unfortunately, no longer available in its original form)
PSTEC (Percussive Suggestions Technique) is one of the most astounding modalities I use with my clients that bring almost instantaneous relief and promote change reliably and quickly.
However, this technique is not a member of the meridian based techniques, rather, it has it’s root in clinical hypnosis, brain science and Neuro- Linguistic Programming (NLP). It is called PSTEC (Percussive Suggestion Technique™).
PSTEC is a set of unique audio tracks which can be played to create a resolution for almost any problem related to unwanted emotions or feelings. It is a very efficient neutralizer of any problem feelings or emotions.”
Tim Phizackerley, Creator of PSTEC.
PSTEC will very quickly decrease anxiety, feelings of depression, and disturbing memories. Although you will not actually forget the painful memory, the intensity level of the negative emotion associated with it will be significantly diminished and more often, eliminated. It will then be just that, a memory, but without the painful feelings that have always been attached to it. PSTEC is not exactly magical, but certainly feels like it!
PSTEC is helpful in resolving issues of:
- depression
- anxiety
- fears and phobias
- obsessions
- stress
- anger and resentment
- relationships issues
- confidence
- eating disorders
- addictions and more
Although you will not forget the painful memory, the intensity and disturbance of the feelings and memories will be systematically reduced until they are diminished and eliminated, if not immediately, then after several sessions of PSTEC.
What is Tapping?
Tapping (also known as MTT – Meridian Tapping Techniques) has its roots in acupuncture/ acupressure, in Thought Field Therapy (TFT) developed by Dr. Roger Callahan, as well as in EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) which was created by Callahan’s former student, Gary Craig.
Tapping was based on impressive new discoveries involving the body’s energies and meridians, and it has been found to be effective in thousands of cases involving: trauma and abuse, stress and anxiety, phobias and fears, depression and addictive cravings and many other physical, mental, and emotional symptoms, which can be difficult and time-consuming to treat. In many cases, with tapping, noticeable improvement is already experienced after one session.
Tapping
- often works where nothing else will.
- is usually rapid, long lasting and gentle.
- doesn’t involve drugs or equipment.
- is easily learned by anyone.
- can be self- applied.
Now we come to the vital issue of energy and its power and purpose in the body’s healing. It has long been theorized that pain, physical and emotional, is the result of a disruption in the body’s energy system, which flows through meridians.
How to direct your life energy to heal
Energy techniques enable the body’s energy system to work without disruption, at optimal efficiency, and are said to remove blocks in this system, so that symptoms are reduced and healing can occur. These techniques are the most effective way to boot-up the body’s energy system so it can function at its ultimate level.
When this flow is established, real and lasting change can occur and, whenever a disruption occurs, the same techniques can re-establish balance and equilibrium of the energy system. The ancient Chinese knew the body was equipped with a system of pathways used to navigate energy. Einstein was certain of the primacy of energy in all life forms, so much so that he said, “All is energy.” New discoveries have centered on how to channel and utilize the power of the energy system in order to create change and well-being.
